last minute booking for 1 night online and surprised for the cleanliness room and hotel facilities. and its so close to the seaside. our first visit to Sunderland and love it so much, quiet, peaceful.

Was disappointed as had not much sleep 2nd night..they had wedding on and my room was right above front entrance...people outside front drinking smoking very loud till about 3.30 in morning...I have stayed there few times ...I think they need to put people not in wedding group on opposite side of hotel so don't get woken up all night...some people haven't got any consideration for others ...

Paid £100 a night had to ask for tea bags and coffee they don't clean the rooms like they used to and to get into the swimming pool it's like getting into the palace sign here sign here make sure you put the time you go in .....they need to relax more hotel is not the same

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a stunning sea view right in front of us. The room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was great, and the hot tub was perfectly warm, adding to the relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The pool and the jacuzzi is lovely. the view from the room is gorgeous. However, The hotel staff not use to got booking from C訂房網站, can't recognise my booking when I check in and went to the dinner.
